Located near good transport links – Interstate highway, rail and sea – that provide easy access for Perkins Pacific customer, the new building meets all the company’s requirements.

The facility features a 30,000 sq/ft warehouse with the largest parts inventory in North America, a new streamlined engine dress department for component upfits to new and replacement OEM applications as well as state-of-the-art test cells, high density storage and more floor space for both remanufacturing and distribution.

The facility is also environmentally friendly. Thanks to the use of waste oil taken from old engines, the building is heated by a modern furnace “for free” and uses no additional energy. Water is also recycled for everything except drinking.
